Water play with mum

Bowing to the inevitable, Priscilla let the children out into the yard of Por Por's place. They headed for the sandpit but as it was raining were asked to play undershelter - washing the car! Great idea, and Abi and Pascale grabbed buckets and turned on the tap themselves.

Abi really scrubbed with her car sponge, but Pascale only used hers for a short while to mainly wash the tyres. Then she resumed turning the tap on really strongly (and Priscilla kept turning it off and replacing buckets, then Pascale would fill another bucket...) Pascale was soaked but thank goodness it was rather warm and humid. Abi filled the back compartment of their playcar with water and said that it was petrol.

After the sun shower passed, Abi and Pascale abandoned their sponges for the sand pit. Priscilla continued washing the car trying to ignore the plastering of sand on wet kids. At 5pm, the smell of Por Por's cooking led them inside (also Por Por grabbing Pascale and stripping her off). There was sand everywhere.
