First full morning at Kinta

This morning Pascale was not so keen as yesterday to leave for Kinta. After the usual procrastinations she got a piggy back ride to Trevor St from her father. The class went from 830am to 12noon, and Pascale seemed to take to it really easily. She was reportedly chatty (to Heather 3.5yo, same girl as yesterday) and participated in making mothers day card ("a birthday card for mummy") as well as eating her huge apple morning tea. More wood polishing as per yesterday ("small pieces of wood").

When we went to pick her up we met other parents who were friendly in introducing themselves (after a small girl Lina introduced herself to Priscilla). Her father was Ian, then we met Emma (Heather's mum plus baby Sage), Becca (some boy's mum with another son in tow) and a teacher Cassandra. Also Stephanie Vilner was there (Elliot and Savannah's mum) with her holidaying mother Jacqui (accent sounded French).

Pascale was a bit thrown by the presence of Abigail who questioned what she was doing in packing up and was it the right thing etc. Pascale rode home in the stroller, looking quite tired but resisted sleeping until after lunch. Then it was a 1.5hr nap. Unfortunately this disrupted her bedtime (?) until after 830pm.

NB. no swimming as Priscilla thought that she may be too tired and Abigail was complaining about a sore throat and was home feeling tired and sick. Luckily, cos Pascale had 2 loose bowel movements about 330pm, just the time we would have been in the water!
