Getting tired but getting stronger

Usually after coming home from Kinta, Pascale tucks straight in to her lunch. Today Priscilla watched in amazement as she ate a banana, 2 slices of bread with honey, some shredded ham, one chicken sausage, nibbled one round of a small apple, and drank a cup of juice.

Then she went to her bed (after toileting) but couldn't sleep despite the darkness and sleep music. Instead she talked to Wowo until 1345. Priscilla saw that it might end up like yesterday when Pascale fell asleep on the walk from car to FJT for Abigail's pickup, so put Pascale into the car. No luck getting her to sleep, so parked near the school at 2pm. Walked to Gladstone Park playground for much needed exercise (has been raining this past week, more forecast tomorrow for the next week).

Played with Abigail and other bigger kids for 25 minutes, walked back to the car. Stopped at Bakers' Delight for a finger bun (shared the last one). Pascale and Abigail (mainly Abi) helped to take down the washing from the clothes line and then read while Priscilla heated up dinner.

It was all too much and Pascale refused to come to the table, even tho Abigail sat and started to eat heartily. Not even when she was offered to be fed would Pascale take food in. She just drank some water and declared that she was full.

Did not ask for dessert, even when Abigail was eating hers. Both in bed by 715 after 2 stories/chapters each. Must have been a tiring week, both were cranky and emotional. (Make that 3).
