Beans for dinner

Pascale helped her mother one day with the green beans that had already been cut up, waiting to be cooked. She was minding the colander when her mother turned around and found its contents spilled onto the kitchen floor. Pascale tipped her head to look under the kitchen cupboards and fridge for more beans. She seemed to enjoy tipping everything out and touching the beans. The whole lot was re-washed before cooking.
