Toys progress

Iron - Pascale was shown how to iron a piece of fabric on the toy ironing board, and immediately picked up the toy iron to repeat the ironing motion.

Threading toy - loves to thread the lace with straw needle through although she gets very frustrated when she can't pull the thread through and it falls out.

Dog - loves to hug it, then dumps it when another distraction appears. Asks for it at bedtime and sometimes before a breastfeed.

Magna doodle - finally today she used the correct end of the pen and made some marks on the board. Usually Pascale keeps saying wark wark and making motions without anything appearing.

Bananas in Pyjamas (BIP) books - every now and then Pascale will take one of the BIP books and say nana. She might turn the pages herself or take it to an adult for them to discuss the book with her. The scenes books she can point out a ball, a BIP, a bear, someone doing wark wark, a butterfly.

Small board books - Pascale used to look intently at each page and then turn for the next one. Not as much now, maybe in the car?
