For the past 2 nights Pascale has been waking up frequently after midnight / 1am. Sometimes she says nai nai (breastmilk) and sometimes she just cries. The first night Priscilla thought that her mik supply would have been drained (fed just a short time before) so she offered water: refusal. Yoghurt: refusal. Avocado: refusal. Was is a dirty/full nappy? No
Pascale was quite awake after all these attempts to understand her unhappiness. Priscilla stopped trying and put on ear plugs, waiting for Pascale to give up and get tired and go to sleep. By 2:30pm it was too much screaming seeping through the ear plugs so Priscilla went to sleep on Abi's sofa. At 730am, Priscilla and Abi awoke to find Pascale asleep in Chris' arms (and hugging Doggie) as Chris sat typing on his laptop. What happened between 2:30 - 5am is anyone's guess, but Pascale didn't seem any more tired during the day.
Maybe she is teething? It's very tiring even when one gives in and lets Pascale breastfeed on demand. The frequency is one thing, but the supply is a worrying unknown.
