This week Pascale was not as fixated on the swing as on previous weeks. She went by herself to different "stations" and tried them out. The ramped crash mat, the inclined textured walkway, the textured surfaces, the trampoline, etc. She was shown 2 new stations and picked them up right away: putting balls into a large mailing tube that started at the top of the steps and ended in a bucket, and kicking balloons that hung from a barre. She repeated the chinese word for kick "tek" each time she kicked, alternating left and right feet.
During mat time Pascale of course tried to escapeback to the equipment but she let herself be brought back to the mat. She returned the maracas, tambourines and name bibs to the Teacher when asked by her mum. Pascale even took her name out of the name bib before returning it. Afterwards was a 15 minute play session outside on the public swing. Then Pascale explored walking down the grassy slope towards our car.
