Music

For the past two weeks or so we have seen an increase in the amount of music CDs played, esp at meal times. The favourite of the two sisters is Wiggly Wiggly World, with guest artists and the Wiggles, really upbeat music.

Every mealtime, if there is no music playing, Pascale will point to the hi-fi and say wi wi wi (maybe it's Wiggles) until the CD starts. The sisters also like the cantonese CD that Por Por has been playing, with Billy Bala song a favourite (no.4 on the CD playlist). Pascale shakes her shoulders rapidly when the music is really up beat, and she frequently sways her head to the music. She has been seen swaying her head to the electronic keyboard music as she presses the pre-set tunes. She is also interested in other music making toys eg. wind up "It's a small world", Wiggles accordian with 8 preset tunes, alphabet song and phonics magnetic toy for fridge.
