Jammed finger

Deja vu for Priscilla when Pascale's right middle finger became jammed (in the stroller folding mechanism not a car door). Little one was climbing up the umbrella stroller and Priscilla was trying to fold it up (doh!) when a terrifying scream emanated. The finger had a bit of blood under the skin which slowly turned red but no bleeding through. Pascale resisted the bandaid but then was distracted and left it. She didn't use her right hand for a while during afternoon tea and dinner. Occasionally she would make a sad face and lift her injured finger to a nearby adult for them to kiss and acknowledge her pain. She tried to peel the bandaid and succeeded at bath time. The wound was only red for 3 days, and Pascale resumed normal use of her finger the next day.
