The Shadow

Pascale loves her sister. Each morning she calls out "Jeh jeh" and runs out to find Abi, usually still asleep in her bed where she receives a pat to wake her up. When Abi is playing with something, Pascale wants that exact item too, and when that is a tower of Wedgits etc it usually crashes down. When Abi is wearing a dress or stockings, Pascale wants that and is willing to wear stockings. They are frequently found giggling near the front door or inside the cardboard cubby house, sharing books and drawing pens.

We went to the playground and the girls were on swings side by side. Abi started to lean back as she swung, then turned around to swing with her tummy on the seat (feet on the ground). Pascale copied Abi, leaning back as she swung fairly high. As soon as Abi vacated that swing, Pascale got off her baby seat swing and wanted to sit on the bigger children's swing. She wanted to do that stuff too!
