Kinta has been teaching Pascale phonetics and sand letters. She is starting to point to words from our picture books or on posters/newspapers/magazines and saying them aloud. Sometimes she memorises the story and recites it while running her finger over the sentences.
Words that Pascale has read: zoo, dad, Spot, backyard birds, balmain (public) school, grandma.
Jacqui asked us to keep feeding her books, especially factual ones to satisfy her need for knowledge of the world.
