Immunisation

After a month of viruses, Pascale finally received her chicken pox immunisation today. She was surprised at the jab, but quietened down soon after. She even walked up to the nurse and touched her mouth a la getting a kiss from the nurse. Then Pascale walked out into the waiting area holding her mother's hand and also Wowo. She was soon interested in an older child in the waiting room who had an arm cast that was red. Quite tired around dinner time so ate at 430pm and was in the bath by 6pm and asleep by 645pm. Panadol was administered after Pascale got grizzly and accidentally did a cartwheel dismount from the dining chair while her mother turned her back to get a teaspoon for dessert (didn't eat it of course). Abi said that it was funny (but she didn't laugh) and she was the only witness to it.

Post script
Later that night (230am) Pascale awoke being a bit agitated. After unsuccessfully trying to settle her with patting, Priscilla offered Pascale a syringe of Panadol - surprisingly Pascale nodded and drank without protest. After a sip of water, Pascale lay down and didn't make her usual fuss when Priscilla left the room (under cover of dark though).
