(Lady) Bug

Priscilla found an orange ladybug in the kitchen and put it into a box to show Pascale. As soon as she saw it Pascale said "bug!". Abi wanted to see it too, and Priscilla suggested that after they had looked at the bug, that it be let go into the garden. Pascale nodded and after a while took the box towards the front door.

As the lid was opened, the ladybug crawled up Priscilla's hand and Abi immediately wanted to try that too. Pascale was too nervous and just giggled while watching the older people handle the ladybug. Finally the insect made it into a garden bed and crawled between 2 pavers and under some leaves. Then Pascale took the empty box and waved it in the direction of the bug: she wanted to keep it afterall!

Abi kept her eye on it and managed to get the ladybug out from the crevice. Priscilla put it back into the box and the children gathered leaves for it to eat (?). They also put some water into the box.
